The Vaccine Book: Making the Right Decision for Your Child

The Vaccine Book: Making the Right Decision for Your Child, by Robert W. Sears, M.D., m F.A.A.P, is the most comprehensive and understandable vaccine book that I have read to date.  I really like the fact that in The Vaccine Book: Making the Right Decision for Your Child it is left up to you, as the parent, to decide whether or not to get a specific vaccine.  Throughout my reading of this book I laughed, I learned and I feel that I’m so much better for it.  This book was well written and one that I think all parents should read.

The No-Cry Sleep Solution: Gentle Ways to Help Your Baby Sleep Through the Night

The No-Cry Sleep Solution: Gentle Ways to Help Your Baby Sleep Through the Night by Elizabeth Pantley really does make sense to sleep-deprived people.  She explained to me a gentle, loving way in which to teach my daughter how to sleep throughout the night without her shedding a single tear.  I was so pleased that it only took a few nights of following this plan for my daughter to start sleeping through the night.  It was nice that there was no strict format that we had to follow, instead we simply adapted the ideas to fit your daughter and went at our own pace.
