Brita Slim Pitcher Review
The cost of bottled water adds up and can burn a hole in your wallet, especially if you’re a starving student. The Brita pitcher is affordable and saves you more money. And it’s also a healthy approach to drinking sodas which adds a great deal of sugar and pounds. Don’t let the size fool you. It’s not heavy and doesn’t take up room. I highly recommend getting this product as to buying spring water in bulk and gallons. You won’t feel that you’re wasting money and you will get six to eight glasses of water each day. The price of the PUR 3 Stage faucet mount filter might seem a bit high, but it is really a good deal considering how long it lasts. The water is my area isn’t bad, but it has a slightly unpleasant taste and odor to it that this filter removes. It turns my ordinary city water into water so good you’d think it came from a spring. I prefer the PUR faucet mounts over the dispensers because they are much more convenient. Overall, I’m very happy with the Stage faucet mount filter. Currently, the only place online to buy one is
The PUR 2 Stage water dispenser is a great water filter. I liked it so much I bought a second, so now I have two in my fridge! I live in a rural area that has poor water quality, and this filter makes the water taste much, much better. The results are unbelievable. PUR 2-filtered water tastes just like bottled water, so much so that my husband and children don’t notice the difference. The filters are long-lasting, and don’t leave residue in the filtered water. I’m very impressed with the PUR 2 water filtration system and recommend it to anyone looking for better-tasting water.
In Arizona the water is very hard, so I use a Brita pitcher. You’re supposed to replace the filters every month or so, so I always have a box of these Brita replacement filters on hand. I never want to be without clean water. The Brita filters are absolutely amazing. They turn bad-tasting water into great-tasting, bottled quality H20. I highly recommend the Brita system and these filters.
Plug in Presto’s PopLite and the party begins. In as little as 2.5 minutes you’ll get up to 18 cups–two huge bowlfuls–of fluffy popcorn with no unpopped kernels. And as the machine uses hot air in place of oil, the resulting snack is healthier and lower in calories. That’s not to say you can’t add butter; in fact, the 1/2-cup measuring cup on top of the popper can also serve as a butter melter. Just put in the wanted amount of margarine or butter and it melts thanks to the heat produced during the popping process. The clear plastic cover and cup, which must stay on during popping so the popping corn stays in the maker, easily remove for hand cleaning with warm, soapy water. No other clean-up is required. While a few unpopped kernels spring out the chute as the machine begins to heats up, the chute does a good job of directing the popped corn into a bowl. The popper measures 14 by 9 by 6-1/2 inches, and is identical to Presto’s Orville Redenbacher Hot Air Corn Popper except for color and logo. Presto covers the PopLite with a two-year warranty.
