Rachael Ray Garbage Bowl

I realize I could use any old bowl for this job, but I have really enjoyed the nice, attractive Rachael Ray Brick Garbage Bowl. I like it so much it even has a designated place to sit on my kitchen counter. Its made of durable melamine and consequently, it doesn’t retain odors, is sturdy as can be, and is easy to wash. The design reminds me somehow of the kitchenware of the 50’s and 60’s. Maybe that’s why I like it so much. I’ve used it so many times that when I saw some on sale, I bought a second one for myself and one for my mother. I plan to use one for “wet” garbage and one for “dry” waste. Best of all, the bowls come in three styles: Brick, Granite, and Quartz.

Cuisinart Automatic Ice Cream Maker

This ice cream maker is pretty neat. I received it as a gift a month ago, and since then have made all sorts of ice cream. This ice cream maker isn’t only a Cuisinart, but it can also make sherbert, sorbert, frozen yogurt, and frozen drinks. Using a few ice cream recipe books I picked up along with this, I can make all sorts of tasty frozen treats. If I had to buy it myself, I would recommend getting it at Amazon.com.
