I recently tested this NETGEAR Ethernet bridge between two apartments set up as a duplex. I wasn’t sure how well this would work, but it turned out perfectly. Even though it was split between two users, the speed was still faster than it would be if it were wireless, plus it is much more secure. Despite the distance, there was no hindrance in the connection quality. Whereas wireless internet can be unpredictable, this Ethernet bridge is basically guaranteed to work the way you need it to.

After installing this kit, my home network really saw an increase in connection speed. It works much better than the old wireless connection worked, and more reliably as well. Aside from HD content, this kit can do basically anything you need it to. I can even get speeds on average of 40mbps, which is really nice. I recently used the Linksys Powerline Ethernet adapter kit. It’s very easy to use; all you have to do is plug the cables in on both sides of the connection and then it’s ready to go. It streams large amount of data effortlessly and it works without any maintenance needed – I’ve had it running for a few weeks and I haven’t had to mess with it at all ever since I installed the kit. These really make wired connections easy.
