Wii Play with Wii Remote Review

I think this is one of the best Wii accessories out there.  I wanted to be able to play with my friends when they came over, and I have found that this is worth it, especially with playing with more than one player.  It also came with nine games, so it’s a great add-on for the Wii.

Official Nintendo Wii Wheel Review

Mario Kart Wii does come with one Nintendo Wii wheel, but if you like to play multiplayer racing, then you should consider buying an additional wheel or two (or three) so that everyone who wants to can join in on the fun. The Wii wheel really helps you get involved in the game, and having four can settle arguments much more easily. Once you use the wheel, you’ll be hooked.

Nintendo DS Lite Cobalt / Black Review

There’s not much to do during my free time here in Iraq, so I purchased the Nintendo DS. I had used the PSP before, but I wasn’t very impressed with the games for it, and I grew bored fairly quickly. A lot of my friends over here have the DS Lite, so I decided to get one as well. The multiplayer works really cool, and when I’m tired of DS games, I can play my older GBA games as well. This really is an amazing portable video game system!

Wii Remote Controller Review

Although the Wii remote is a little more expensive than your typical video game controller, it’s additional functionality makes it worth every cent. Every first person shooter game is amazing on the Wii, as you actually get to aim with your remote rather than using an analog stick. However, if you’d like to use an analog stick, you can also buy an attachment called the Nunchuck. Old games are supported by the Classic Controller, which reminds me of an SNES controller mixed with a Game Cube controller. It’s a little more expensive to have to get all the types of controllers, but once you try it you’ll be hooked.

Nintendo Wii Review

I’ve had the Wii for a few months now, and I can assure you that it’s not a gimmick. It is really cool! My family has been playing Wii sports basically non-stop during our family time. I’m really looking forward to get other Wii games for us to play. Nintendo really set themselves apart from the Xbox360 and the PS3 with the remote. I actually feel like I’m in the games that I play, and the games get me up and moving as well. The Wii also supports all previous games through the Virtual console and the Game Cube disk functionality. The Wii is definitely worth the money!

Nintendo Wii Fit Review

I bought this a few days ago looking for something that the whole family can play, and I can easily say that it’s the best family game I ever bought! It allows us to have a fun and lighthearted competition that’s healthy for us too. However, I do think that a child should be six or seven before they play this game, as it can be confusing and frustrating for the younger ones. Whether you’re a two-person family or a ten-person family, Wii Fit is something you can all enjoy together!

Mario Kart Wii Review

If you’re looking for a game that’s guaranteed to be fun, then the Mario Kart series is just what you’re looking for. The latest installment of the series, on the Nintendo Wii, continues the tradition of very fun games. There are tons of tracks; some new ones as well as plenty of tracks brought back from older games in the series. Mario Kart Wii also includes a Wii remote steering wheel, which works pretty well. If you’re more interested in a more classic control method, you can use pretty much any available type of controller supported by the Wii. The online play is amazing, and the items are very creative (although they do make the game feel a little more based on chance). As always, multiplayer is the best part of the game. You won’t regret getting this game – it’s another essential game for Wii console owners.
